I am currently in the process of Negotiating the use of a Tobii T120 eye tracker from the guys at Acuity ETS Ltd, they are the UK Tobii Eye Tracking representatives. Fingers crossed I managed to obtain the equipment as the quality of my study would benefit hugely.

Be careful for what you ask for! The Tobii equipment and software is vastly overrated. Tobii does not live up to its promises or expectations. There are other systems that are both less expensive and much more accurate and reliable. And the companies are honest, in contrast to Tobii. Try SDI in Germany or Seeing Machines in Australia.

Please let Tobii know who you are so that any problems you have can be properly solved and compensation made.
Tobii are a very helpful and customer focussed organisation.

This affords us the choice of selling or distributing whichever brand of eye tracker we choose, and as such we have tested and investigated all the major brands available globally. The Tobii unit consistently performs, is globally recognised as a market leading remote eye tracker and offers unequalled levels of ease of use. An informed reader would check the web for reviews, comments and samples of studies from Tobii equipment and see its true reputation within the global market. I would be very interested to see where you drew your conclusions or comments from.
I know that Adam was impressed with the equipment, ease of use and testing he did and would love to see Adam's views on this matter.

Just to clarify, I had an extremely positive experience with both the Tobii eye tracking unit and the service from Acuity EST Ltd.
The Tobii eye tracker and t the Tobii studio software were extremely impressive, particularly the completely friendly user interface, ease of collaboration etc meant that myself, a complete novice to eye tracking could efficiently use the kit and software with merely and hour or so's training.
I was hugely impressed by the capabilities of the Tobii equipment. The testing performed by myself was only basic however enough to achieve my aims, however the level of testing and analysis that can be performed with the equipment is vast.
I'd also like to state how grateful I am for the faultless services, professionalism and generosity of Acuity EST Ltd, dealing with both Jon and Scott was a complete pleasure.
I strongly recommend both the services of Acuity EST Ltd and The Tobii T60 Eye tracker and Tobii Studio software.
