Nelly Duf

Nelly Duff is an East London gallery in london that specialising in displaying limited edition screen, litho and woodblock prints from artists & designers such as Anthony Burrill, Banksy and Stevie Gee. The gallerys name Nelly Duff came about like this...

"Nelly Duff is cockney rhyming slang for LIFE. No really.

Duff rhymes with puff, puff meaning breath, as in ‘breath of life’. Which is where the phrase ‘...not on yer nelly!’ originates.

As far as we know Miss Duff was fictitious, although we reckon she w
as a tattooed, arm wrestling pin-up girl, who walked the streets at night in a hoodie."

Theres some really good posters on display some of which are for sale and resonably priced.
